Dr. Kristy Prouse MD received her BA in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and her BSc in Genetics and Cell Biology from the University of Toronto and her MD from Queen’s University. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the University of Calgary.

Dr. Kristy Prouse MD is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (OB/Gyn surgeon), and has completed additional training in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine from the University of South Florida College of Medicine.

Her experience and Initiatives include being an Associate professor at the University of Toronto and past associate professor at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, Medical advisor to In-Common Laboratories; College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario Clinical Supervisor and Peer Assessor for Complementary Medicine, Advisory board member of the Integrative Healthcare Practitioner Journal; She is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer: The Institute for Hormonal Health and the I-HHeLP Initiative; She has delivered just short of 10,000 babies; and has spent thousands of patient hours identifying patterns of hormonal disruption, formulating treatment approaches and designing supplements to meet her patients’ needs with considerable and reproducible success.

Her Philosophy is to reach the greatest number of patients in need, maintain the highest quality of care and educating both practitioners and patients in the process. Dr. Prouse has developed the I-HHeLP™ Initiative as a comprehensive and practical way to make her philosophy and approach to treatment widely available, so you can deliver meaningful results to your patients.
